Service Description

Pasta Again helps users import recipes, structure recipe content, translate recipes, convert units, create shopping lists, save recipes, and cook from saved content. The website provides marketing pages and public recipe browsing.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you add to Pasta Again and for keeping your account credentials secure.

• Use Pasta Again only for lawful purposes.
• Make sure you have the right to store, import, or share recipe content that you add.
• Review AI-parsed or AI-translated recipes before relying on them.
• Keep your device and account secure, and notify Pasta Again if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Pasta Again or interfere with its operation.

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not try to access another user's private data.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
• Do not use recipe import or AI features to process content you are not allowed to use.

Intellectual Property

Pasta Again, including its design, branding, software, and website, is owned by Maria Dozhdeva or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Pasta Again to you.

You keep ownership of recipe content you create or add, subject to any rights held by the original recipe source. By adding content, you give Pasta Again permission to store, process, display, translate, sync, and, when you mark content public or share it, publish that content as needed to provide the service.

AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Pasta Again uses AI to parse and translate recipe content. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, mistranslated, or unsuitable for a particular diet, allergy, appliance, or cooking context.

Always review ingredients, allergens, quantities, temperatures, timers, food safety instructions, and source content before cooking or serving food. Pasta Again does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or food safety advice.

Limitation of Liability

Pasta Again is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasta Again and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Account Termination

You may stop using Pasta Again at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing zhavadik@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. The product requirement also states that account deletion is available directly inside the application.

Pasta Again may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal or security risk for the service or other users.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If consumer protection laws in your country give you mandatory rights, those rights are not affected by these terms.
