    Peel the cucumber and pepper, and cut them arbitrarily along with the tomatoes; pit the cherries.

    Place the vegetables, cherries, salt, sugar, olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, and Tabasco into a blender, blend until smooth, and strain through a sieve.
